Job Description
Dominar princípios gerais e fundamentos que lhe permitam investigar fenómenos educativos de natureza múltipla, estar habilitado para interpretação qualificada do fenómeno educativo, em toda a sua diversidade e amplitude. Possuir habilidades nas áreas relacionadas com a educação de adultos e na avaliação da educação e formação. Deve ter competências no domínio da andragogia em senso lacto, assim como a compreensão dos conceitos fundamentais da avaliação, modalidade e perspectivas de avaliação, análise da pertinência de modelos distintos de avaliação face ao objeto que se avalia e implicações e consequências da mobilização de processos de avaliação de natureza diversa.
To master general principles and fundamentals that allow him to investigate educational phenomena of a multiple nature, to be qualified for a qualified interpretation of the educational phenomenon, in all its diversity and breadth. Possess skills in areas related to adult education and in the evaluation of education and training. Must have skills in the field of andragogy in the broad sense, as well as understanding the fundamental concepts of evaluation, evaluation modality and perspectives, analysis of the relevance of different models of evaluation in relation to the object being evaluated and implications and consequences of the mobilization of processes of evaluation of different nature.

ATHENA BRINGS THE SCIENCE CENTRE TO LUANDA
ATHENA SWISS AG is a subsidiary of the Mitrelli Group. For the past few years, Athena has been developing the Science Centre in Luanda. The centre is due to be opened by the President of Angola in December 2023.
